THE INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED SECURITY & TRAINING is headed by Mr. Franklyn Archie who retired from the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service at the rank of an inspector. Mr. Archie has been an instructor for 31 years with the police service and has trained over 5000 police officers and 3000 security officers. He has been trained both locally and abroad in all aspects of Law and Enforcement and is an expert firearm instructor. He is certified and approved by The Commissioner of Police in The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
